Jocelyn, mostly self-taught, has been improvising on the piano since the age of 4. She uses sound and music to support her own emotional and spiritual process – Music as Medicine. In her Soundwork Practice, Jocelyn offers a playful, relaxed approach to improvisational music making to reduce performance anxiety and draw out our unique gifts. A facilitator with individuals and groups, her emphasis is on Play and Healing not Performance.
